7014 LevelSlick specialized level sensors for challenging liquids - reliability, whatever the medium. LevelSlick is designed for use in all leading water-based liquids where reliable, low-maintenance operation is important.

LevelSlick is a conductive sensor that can be used in tanks of all material types and is unaffected by film build-up on the tank walls, which can be problematic for capacitance-based devices.

Unreliable or inaccurate measurements caused by the buildup of residue or dissolved solids in the liquid can lead to product loss due to accidental overflow or tank emptying, even more critical when working with environmentally hazardous materials, where it is crucial that tanks do not overflow.

The sensor probe is designed so that it does not require additional mechanical support in the tank, while being robust enough to withstand the strong agitation that may be present. The simple, smooth probe also makes the sensor easier to operate should cleaning be required, simply wipe with alcohol wipes.

By using a special PTFE coating, the sensor can operate in challenging fluids containing particulates or dissolved material, as well as in viscous fluids and corrosive fluids, while maintaining reliable measurement without the maintenance that would otherwise be required.

Used with optional equipment, the sensor can be installed in remote locations where regular maintenance is not possible.

LevelSlick is available with three signal output options and rated to IP69k. It can also be configured to compensate for irregularly shaped tanks providing a true volumetric output, essential for process inventory measurements.
