JC9000
About the product
New product, datasheet in progress
HYDRAULIC FEELING
- Built on over 40 years of engineering
- Seamless integration, promoting operator familiarity
OVER 100 CONFIGURATIONS!
- Universal configurations provide economies of scale for OEMs
- Variable movement angles and spring forces for optimal flexibility
BUILT TO LAST
- Market-leading mechanical performance
- IP69K, double sleeve for harsh environments
FUNCTIONAL SAFETY
- Developed with functional safety compliance from concept
- Complies with 2027 EN ISO 13849 to PLd
- Designed with a lifespan of 5 million full cycles to minimize cost of ownership
- The high location of the axle pivot point has enabled the high-strength construction with minimal depth under the panel.
- Each half-axis has a separate operating angle and spring force function, allowing the joystick to be configured for optimal use within an operating system.
- Hall effect sensing eliminates contact wear and provides safety functionality via dual outputs that are analyzed and safety controlled through the built-in CAN electronics.
- Electronic robustness is ensured with sealing of the internal circuit board to an IP67 rating, including the connector.
- A new multi-function handle has been developed to provide flexibility in machine functions with a robust, soft outer coating for maximum operator comfort during extended hours of use.
- The grip can be replaced if it is damaged or a system upgrade is needed – the grip is connected to the base joystick via a second connector.
