C72 - Friction control levers

The C72 series control is available as a complete assembled unit, or starting with the basic friction lever assembly, special configurations can be created using standard input and output levers, cable and mounting kits.
The Arens C72 friction lever differs from conventional levers in that the friction plate has a two-inch radius arc rather than simply clamping a small disc pad at the pivot. (A hardened steel ball rolls on the opposite side of the arc to equalize frictional resistance.) This design offers several advantages, including more repeatable resistance, finer adjustment, and more resistance to side loads.
