About the product

Incremental encoder with through-going hollow shaft for velocity control, motion feedback or relative positioning.

High reliability and accuracy enable the MA240 series of encoders to be used on electrical motors and/or generators. The MA240 encoders can easily be mounted onto small to medium sized AC- / DC motors also including servo motors. Due to the hollow-shaft design of the encoder, commissioning time and expense may be significantly reduced compared to when using a solid shaft encoder. The hollow-shaft desgin permit the encoder to "ride" on the extended motor shaft is no additional supporting mechanics needed.

The series supports standardized instructional mechanical and electrical interfaces such as TTL, HTL.

Incremental encoder with through-hole shaft mounting for speed feedback, length measurement or relative positioning. High resolution & accuracy with pulse count between 1 to 2500 pulses per revolution. Industry standard on mechanical & electrical interfaces.
