About the product

The single-turn encoders are particularly robust; they can be supplied in a wide range of applications for detecting positions and rotational speeds of main drives in steel and rolling mills, in mining and in port and crane systems. They are mostly mounted on the unused shaft end via an insulated adapter flange or directly on the shaft. With the B14 flange, they are ideal for attaching other devices. To increase safety or to enable separate signal transmission to the motor controls, they can be installed in a redundant configuration with two identical scanning systems and evaluation electronics.
